We accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.
3. How long does it take for samples and mass production?
The sample lead time is approximately 7-14 days, while the standard delivery time for mass production is between 45 to 60 days.
4. What is your product quality guarantee policy?
We guarantee that all products received by customers are qualified. In the event of any broken parts, please provide detailed photos via email, and we will send replacements based on the actual conditions.
5. How do you protect my intellectual property and designs?
We protect your legal rights by signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). We ensure your designs are not sold to others. For large orders, we can also enter into exclusivity agreements.
6. Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, we prioritize environmental sustainability. FSC certified materials are available upon request.
