Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and invite customers from all over the world to visit our showroom. We produce most of our wooden toys in our own facilities and can also source specific items for you.
How do you handle sample requests and what is the lead time?
Simply provide your AI or clear design file. We can proceed with samples within about 7 days. Simple products may qualify for free samples, while complex designs may involve a mold cost that is refundable upon placing an order. We provide video previews before shipping samples.
What are the available shipping methods?
We offer flexible shipping including sea freight to your nearest port, air freight to your nearest airport, and express delivery (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX). We also support popular DDP methods via sea, air, train, or truck.
Can you create custom designs based on our requirements?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM customization. If you don't have a design document, our in-house designers can help you finish the artwork and create new product designs.
How long does it take to receive an order?
This depends on the project's complexity. Standard turnaround times after artwork approval are typically 5 to 7 working days. For urgent deadlines, please contact our sales representatives to discuss expedited options.
